I am not sure if my practice needs Hipafy. Can you help?
If you are a covered entity under HIPAA — any practice that transmits health information electronically — you need HIPAA compliance documentation. Take the free 5-minute assessment and you will know exactly where your practice stands, at no cost.
How do I join the waitlist?
Go to the waitlist form on the homepage. We will reach out personally within 48 hours to discuss your practice and your compliance situation.
Can I get a BAA with Hipafy?
Yes. Email legal@hipafy.com with subject “BAA Execution Request” and we will return a countersigned copy within 5 business days. You can also download our BAA template.
I have a compliance question about my specific situation. Can Hipafy advise?
We can discuss general HIPAA requirements and how Hipafy addresses them, but we cannot provide legal advice specific to your situation. For that, you need a qualified healthcare compliance attorney. We are happy to point you in the right direction.
